Terms of Use
Booking
Online booking will allow 12 hour scheduling prior to service. Customers are not allowed to book online services minutes before a time requested. Customer would need to call in to see if that time is available. An appointment is an orderly time scheduled at least 12 hours in advance.
Hours
After or before business hours all services start at $150 and up.
Cancellation
Appointment cancellation results in a penalty of a $10 surcharge if cancelled without notification or forfeit on the day of an appointment time. To avoid this fee you can try to reschedule for the next availability. Haircut reinstatement result from misconduct and or business relation. Payment will be accepted entirely up front exact cash preferred or credit/debit cards accepted only prior to service.
Mobile membership appointment cancellation will incur a fee of $20 or forfeit entire membership in which full payment will be accepted upfront to continue or start a new membership.
Mobile Service
Booking online is accepted or new customers can call in for SERIOUS mobile requests. Payment will be received up front exact cash preferred or credit/debit cards acceptable for mobile service during the time of arrival of the professional at the customer's location. The barber stylist only has up to $20 in change per customer visit.
Fees
Additional fees are added to mobile service if customer request service outside of the Atlanta 285 perimeter this will be determined by milage per 5 miles starting at $10-$40 in which additional payment will be taken upfront upon arrival. When checking out in person using credit/debit cards, a checkout fee of 3% will be added on all purchases. If customer is late for an appointment over 1 hour or have been rescheduled and late this could result in a $5 penalty.
Tipping
Tips are greatly appreciated whereas it shows from the customer that they genuinely appreciate the work and service provided to them and that its part of gratuity. At Visual Styles, Inc. we value and appreciate all business.
